적극적 교류·협력 통해 지역사회 노인건강 지키겠다 다짐

국제나은병원(병원장 정병주)이 지난 3월 19일 8층 대회의실에서 안양시장기요양기관연합회(회장 이철우)와 업무협약을 체결했다.

국제나은병원과 장기요양기관연합회는 적극적인 교류와 협력을 통해 지역사회 노인건강을 지켜가는 데 앞장설 것을 다짐했다.

협약식에는 국제나은병원 정병주 병원장, 도준우 진료협력이사, 이현숙 총괄부장 등과 안양시장기요양기관연합회 이철우 연합회장(예닮실버주간보호), 라옥화 시설협회장(가연요양원), 김민정 주간보호협회장(만안주간보호센터), 김규환 재가협회장(비지팅엔젤스만안) 등이 참석했다.

이번 협약을 통해 두 기관은 고령사회에 따른 노인환자의 효율적 의료지원과 지역사회에서의 환자관리, 임직원 및 요양보호사에 대한 건강검진 등에 협조할 것을 약속했다.

국제나은병원은 노인에게 발생할 수 있는 뇌혈관질환, 심폐소생술 등의 응급상황에 대한 처치와 감염, 간호관리, 도수 및 운동치료에 대한 각종 교육을 진행하고. 시설 내 환자발생시 과잉진료를 지양하고 우선적 편의를 제공하여 최선을 다해 치료할 것을 약속했다.

안양시장기요양기관연합회는 낙상 등 시설 내 사고에 대처하는 의료기관의 대응과 요양등급 판정시 문제점, 시설 내 임직원 및 요양보호사 등에 대한 건강검진, 특수검진에 대한 요청사항을 전달했다.

정병주 병원장은 “이번 업무협약을 통해 노인성 질환의 예방과 치료에 대한 협력방안을 모색했다”며 “지역사회 유관기관과의 업무협약을 통해 치매, 낙상등 노인관련 진료와 치료에 노력을 기울여 명실상부 장기요양기관의 든든한 의료적 버팀목이 될 것이며 다양한 사회공헌 프로그램을 개발하겠다”고 말했다.

이날 협약식에는 안양시장기요양기관연합회에서 시설협회 소속 최현식(느티나무요양원), 백승현(민들레요양원), 주간보호협회 소속 강신예(가나주간보호센터), 박상미(삼성중앙주간보호) 재가협회 소속 이현경(안양온누리재가) 대표 등이 함께 참여했다.
